This AMC provides complete service coverage, expert technical support, and quick on-site repair solutions — keeping your power systems running efficiently 24×7.

Scope of Work

¿¿ Scope of AMC The Koiri Comprehensive AMC covers the entire UPS system (excluding consumables or items explicitly listed under exclusions) for a period of 12 months. It ensures complete support for troubleshooting, repairs, parts replacement, and performance assurance. Scope Includes: Breakdown / Fault Repair Full on-site support in case of UPS malfunction or failure. Quick response (within 4–8 working hours of complaint). Resolution on a best-effort or next-business-day basis. Standby support (if included or available at service location). Spare Parts & Component Replacement Covers replacement of defective internal parts such as: Power PCBs, IGBTs, Fans, Relays, Capacitors, Control Cards, and Power Modules. Only Koiri OEM-approved components used. Labour and part costs included during the AMC period. Battery Inspection (if included) Checking battery voltage, current, and terminal condition. Verifying charging/discharging operation and backup performance. Battery replacement included only if specified in AMC agreement. On-Site Labour & Travel All engineer visit charges, labour costs, and travel expenses are fully covered. No extra or hidden charges during AMC validity. Reporting & Documentation Detailed service report after each breakdown call. Summary report of parts replaced and faults rectified during the AMC year. Workmanship Guarantee Repaired parts or replaced components carry a 30–90 day workmanship warranty from the date of service. ¿¿ Exclusions The following are not covered under this AMC unless otherwise specified in writing: Battery replacement after end-of-life (unless included in AMC). Damage caused by: Improper operation or overloading Short circuits, reverse polarity, or wiring faults Natural calamities, lightning, water ingress, or fire External electrical disturbances (beyond UPS design tolerance) Consumables like fuses, LEDs, filters, cables, and connectors. Replacement of infrastructure items like: Input/output breakers, cables, isolation transformers, stabilizers, or distribution panels. Shifting, relocation, or installation work of the UPS system. Taxes, duties, or levies (unless mentioned in quotation). ¿¿ Terms & Conditions Contract Duration: 12 months from activation date. Payment Terms: 100% advance (or as per mutual agreement). Response Time: Within 4–8 working hours from complaint logging. Service Hours: Business hours (24×7 support available on request). Renewal: AMC can be renewed annually based on system condition and performance. Customer Responsibilities: Maintain proper operating environment (temperature, ventilation, cleanliness). Provide access to the UPS and associated systems for service personnel.
